Provincial Nominees Program (PNP) is an immigration program that enables Canadian provinces and territories to nominate foreign nationals to immigrate to Canada who have a strong interest in settling in the provinces and territories where the nominee lives. PNP's primary objective is to facilitate the spread of benefits from immigration across the country as widely as possible.
PNP is one of the fastest ways to become a skilled worker in Canada by immigrating to Canada. In most provinces and territories, there is a work permit program that welcomes skilled workers from all over the world, which can contribute to the economic development of the province.
Alberta
It is an economic immigration program that allows applicants to nominate a person for permanent residence in Alberta through the Alberta Advantage Immigration Program. In order to qualify for the nomination, candidates must possess skills that will fill job shortages or plan to purchase or start a business in Alberta. In addition to providing for their families, they must also be able to earn a living.
It is managed by Alberta Agriculture and Forestry in close collaboration with the Alberta Agriculture and Investment Program. It targets applicants who are able to manage a farm business and have adequate financial resources to invest in an Alberta farming enterprise.
Those who are experienced farmers with the intention of purchasing or setting up a farm in Alberta are eligible for this stream. The business plan must be submitted to Alberta Agriculture and Forestry in order to be considered under this stream. Candidates with a business plan approved by Alberta Agriculture and Forestry are eligible to apply to the AINP after receiving a Ministerial Recommendation Letter.
An Alberta primary production farming business must have a minimum equity of $500,000. You must have at least $500,000 in net worth or be able to raise funds of equal value from another source.
British Columbia
Known for its spectacular coast and mountains, British Columbia is one of Canada's westernmost provinces. The province has Canada's third largest city, Vancouver, which is situated on the Pacific coast and surrounded by mountains. There is a strong forestry and mining sector in the province, which contributes to the diversification of the province's economy.
There is a unique blend of European, Asian, and First Nations influences in British Columbia's culture, and each region has a unique blend of features that make it so unique.
Business owners, managers, and investors with demonstrated track records of success in British Columbia Entrepreneur Immigration are eligible for the program. Establishing new enterprises in BC provides immigrants with the opportunity to immigrate to the province with significant personal net worth and high annual revenues.
Applicants must live 30 kilometers away from a city with more than 75,000 residents and have a population under 75,000.
Newcomer entrepreneurs need to be able to access a network of agencies designed to assist them in settling and starting a business in the newly established community. In order to host exploratory visits and refer prospective applicants to the EI Regional Pilot program, community representatives must attend immigration and pilot-specific training.
It is mandatory for the applicant to have $300,000 in net worth as well as a minimum investment of $100,000. Experience in managing farm businesses or owning and operating farms, supported by verifiable documents, for a minimum of three years. As an extremely valuable adaptability skill, language proficiency in either of Canada's two official languages will allow you to become economically established in rural Manitoba more quickly.
The minimum funding requirement for establishing a farming business in rural Manitoba is $300,000. In order to qualify for the MPNP program, investments in farm businesses must be made in tangible assets. Investing in a farm business with the sole purpose of generating passive income or speculative gains is not eligible.
It is imperative that applicants demonstrate adaptability to Manitoba's current primary farm production industry, especially in terms of Technical knowledge, practical farming skills, and experience.
Business activities in rural Manitoba must be ongoing and recurring. In order to be eligible, applicants must reside on the farm and actively manage it.
Agricultural production must be active and economically viable on the farm. The value-added business activity must be conducted in Manitoba for the MPNP to be valid. An MPNP application cannot be used for speculative or third-party farm management activities.
A third-party supplier approved by the MPNP may verify a person's net worth by the FIP if it is at least $500,000. After receiving the invitation to apply, the MPNP must receive the verification report along with the application within 4 months.

The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program is a program through which Manitoba nominates qualified individuals for permanent residence in Canada as part of its immigrant investor visa program. An active business owner or a manager in a successful company for at least three years in the last five years. The points awarded to business owners are higher than those awarded to executives. For business owners to qualify, at least 1/3 of their business must be owned by them and have a minimum CLB level of 5.
Rank points will be awarded to candidates in the age range of 25 to 49, however, there is no minimum or maximum age requirement.
Businesses in the Manitoba Capital Region would need to invest at least $250,000 to get started. New Brunswick

Eligible candidates must submit an Expression of Interest to the New Brunswick Entrepreneurial stream. They must also have visited New Brunswick for at least 5 days within the last 2 years or have participated in an Entrepreneurial Stream information session within 2 years.

Post Graduate Entrepreneurial Stream
The post-Graduate Entrepreneurial stream targets foreign nationals who have educated themselves at New Brunswick's post-secondary institutions and established successful businesses.
To qualify for the New Brunswick Graduate Business Stream, candidates must have completed a valid two-year post-secondary degree in New Brunswick and have operated their own business in New Brunswick for at least one year.
The candidate must have completed a postsecondary program at New Brunswick Community College or in New Brunswick.
Candidates have to prove their language proficiency in English or French in order to be eligible for the Post Graduate Entrepreneurial Stream with a CLB level of 7.
Applicants must be between the ages of 22 and 40 on the date their application is received. One year of business ownership and operation in New Brunswick is required of candidates.
Nova Scotia
Currently, the province is looking for immigrants who can contribute to boosting its economy and addressing the challenges associated with its demographics. Nova Scotia immigration can be applied for by candidates who meet the streams. The application process is expected to take three months.
Entrepreneur Visa & Entrepreneur
Candidates have to prove their language proficiency in English or French in order to be eligible with a CLB level of 5.
An active business owner or a manager in a successful company for at least three years in the last five years.
For business owners to qualify, at least 1/3 of their business must be owned by them.
Candidates need to have a minimum net worth of at least $600,000 CAD and an investment of at least $150,000 CAD should be available.
International Graduate
In order to be eligible candidates have to prove their language proficiency in English or French with a CLB level of 7.
For business owners to qualify, at least 100% of their business must be owned by them and have operated their own business in Nova Scotia for at least one year.
To qualify, candidates must have completed a valid two-year post-secondary degree from University in Nova Scotia.
Northwest Territories
The Northwest Territories in Canada's far north are a vast and scenic wilderness with several small thriving communities. The capital, Yellowknife, is an important administrative, commercial and cultural center for the region. With around 40,000 inhabitants on more than one million square kilometers, there is a constant need for workers in key sectors such as construction, mining, transport, energy and resources, tourism, and others.

The candidates have to submit a good faith deposit to the Department of Industry, Tourism, and Investment of $75,000 CAD.
To qualify, candidates must have completed a valid two-year post-secondary degree from University in Yellowknife.
Businesses in Yellowknife would need to invest at least $300,000 CAD to get started. In the case of a business located outside Yellowknife, the minimum investment would be $150,000 CAD.
Newfoundland and Labrador

Ontario
Ontario is the home province of Canada`s capital city, Ottawa, and its biggest city, Toronto. Ontario is by a large margin the top travel destination for newcomers in Canada. Ontario Corporate
Candidates must have 3 years of experience in an existing business to start a new business in Toronto and the new business must be connected to the previous business and meet legal regulations.
Businesses in the Greater Toronto Area would need a minimum net worth of at least $500,000 CAD as well as an investment you make must create 5 full-time permanent jobs. By doing that you can have the potential to get permanent residence in Canada but on certain conditions.

Ontario Entrepreneur
In order to qualify to publish an EOI for the Ontario Entrepreneur stream, a candidate must be able to demonstrate the interest, ability, and economic resources to fully own and actively control an Ontario enterprise. The candidate must submit an Expression of Interest and temporary work permit.
Businesses in the Greater Toronto Area would need a minimum net worth of at least $800,000 CAD as well as an investment of at least $600,000 CAD and must own at least 1/3 of their business.
In the case of a business located outside of The Greater Toronto Area, candidates need a minimum net worth of at least $400,000 CAD as well as an investment of at least $200,000 CAD and must own at least 1/3 of their business.
In the case of a business in Information and Communication Technology, candidates need a minimum net worth of at least $400,000 CAD as well as an investment of at least $200,000 CAD.
To qualify, candidates must have completed a valid two-year post-secondary degree.
Candidates have to prove their language proficiency in English or French to be eligible with a CLB level of 4.
Candidates must have 3 years of experience in an existing business in the last 5 years and or must own at least 1/3 of their business. Moreover, they must reside in the province for at least 75% of the startup phase of their business.
Prince Edward Island
The Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program grants permanent residence permits to entrepreneurs, along with their dependents. These individuals start or acquire a business on the island of Prince Edward Island, Canada. PEI, famous for its red-sand beaches, lighthouse, fertile farmland, and seafood, provides many opportunities for immigrants to prosper.
Prince Edward Island investor status has minimal requirements.
