Start-Up Intra-Company Transfer
Canada has a program known as the International Mobility Program that lets high-professional overseas employees work temporarily in Canada as an Intra-Company Transferee, also known as ICT Canada. If an international employer has a place inside Canada that employer can choose to have any of its personnel transferred to the Canadian location.
Must be recruited by a multinational organization looking for access to Canada to carry out work on the organization`s parent, subsidiary, branch, or affiliate in Canada.
In Canada, there is a requirement that the applicant undergoes a qualifying courting.
The worker must be applying for a position in Canada in a role on the govt level, senior managerial level, or in a role requiring specialized knowledge.
The employee must have worked for the organization for at least 1 year in the last three years.
A work permit is valid for each ICT employee for 1 year, and employees can renew it after 5 to 7 years.
Owner Operator LMIA
They are the sole owner or controlling shareholder in a Canadian business.
They should be prepared so that at least one Canadian or permanent resident is appointed. They might be in a senior management role where they are no longer subject to dismissal from their job.
It is required that candidates own at least 51% of their own business or 51% of the business. Moreover, they must submit articles of incorporation and documents related to the company's owned shares.
Application for Federal Skilled Worker
Federal Skilled Workers are people with appropriate education, age, job experience, and language capabilities in one of Canada`s professional languages. They have chosen to apply under the EEI system to apply for permanent residence.
Within the 10 years, the worker must have worked for an organization full-time for at least 1 year or equivalent as a part-time job.
The candidates have to prove their language proficiency in English or French to be eligible with a CLB level of 7.
Federal Start-Up Visa Program
If you're an entrepreneur with a ground-breaking business idea, you will be eligible to immigrate to Canada by choosing the start-up visa program.
All candidates must own at least 10% of the voting rights attached to all their shares of the company. In addition to the designated business, the applicant owns at least 50% of the voting rights attached to all the shares of the company.
The candidates have to prove their language proficiency in English or French to be eligible with a CLB level of 5.
You must demonstrate that you have enough funds to help yourself and any dependents after you arrive in Canada.
To do this, you should pitch your business concept and persuade the corporation that it's an idea worth supporting.
The procedure of pitching your business idea may be different for every business. You may obtain a letter of help from the corporation if your pitch is successful, which should be included in your start-up visa application.
